1. Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 These Public Offer Terms (the “Terms”) govern purchases of services and products through https://www.oh-advising.com and related pages (the “Website”). The provider is OH ADVISING s.r.o., Brigádnická 140/72, Mokrá Hora, 621 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Reg. No. (IČO): 21147329, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under File No. C 137639 (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”).

1.2 The client confirms that they have reviewed these Terms when placing an order, making payment or reserving a place on a retreat. Formation of the contract and order confirmation are governed by clause 3.3.

1.3 Before placing an order, the client confirms that they have reviewed the description of the service, price, cancellation terms, Privacy Policy and these Terms.

1.4 The client must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal representative.

1.5 Sending a non-binding enquiry or personal data so that the Provider may reply or prepare an offer does not itself create a contract or confirm an order.

2. Services

2.1 The Provider offers individual online consultations in astrology, astro-psychology, numerology and related spiritual practices; personalised digital materials, including a personal numerology book; mentoring programmes involving energy practices, mindfulness practices and mindfulness sessions; retreats lasting from 3 to 7 days; and other services described on the Website or agreed in writing.

2.2 The scope, format, duration, programme, price, location, included services and timing are stated on the relevant product page, invoice, confirmation email or separate agreement.

2.3 The services are educational, consultative and wellness services. They are intended for self-reflection, mindfulness, personal development and support in finding the client’s own solutions.

2.4 Astrological, numerological, tarot and energy practices are tools for personal reflection. They are not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial or investment advice and do not replace support from a qualified professional.

2.5 The Provider does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or guarantee a particular emotional, financial, personal or professional outcome. In an emergency, acute mental-health crisis or where medical assistance is needed, the client must contact the appropriate emergency or professional services in their country.

3. Orders and payment

3.1 Prices are shown on the Website in the currency stated for the relevant service or product. The company is not VAT registered.

3.2 Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. Payment data are processed by the payment provider; the Provider does not retain full card details.

3.3 An order is officially confirmed only after successful payment or payment of the agreed deposit and after the Provider sends written confirmation to the client by email. An automatic receipt of an order or payment does not itself confirm the Provider’s acceptance of the order.

3.4 The Provider will send order confirmation or notice that the order cannot be accepted within 3 business days of receiving payment. If the order cannot be accepted, the Provider will return the payment by the same method without undue delay.

3.5 Where a personalised service requires birth date, place and time or other information, the client is responsible for providing accurate information promptly.

4. Online consultations and mentoring

4.1 All consultations and mentoring programmes are provided on a prepayment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 The consultation time is agreed by email, messenger or booking system after the Provider confirms the order.

4.3 The client may reschedule a consultation once by giving the Provider at least 48 hours’ notice. A new date will be selected from the Provider’s available dates.

4.4 If a consultation is cancelled less than 48 hours before it begins, or if the client does not attend, the payment is non-refundable and is treated as compensation for the Provider’s reserved time. This rule applies only to the extent it does not conflict with mandatory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

4.5 The Provider may reschedule a consultation due to illness, technical impossibility or other reasonable circumstances, offering the nearest available date or a refund for the undelivered service.

4.6 A consultation may be recorded only with the prior consent of all participants. The client may not publish, share with third parties or use a recording commercially without the Provider’s written consent.

5. Personal numerology book and digital materials

5.1 The personal numerology book is a premium individual product and may be supplied as a digital product, including PDF or another agreed format; as a physical personalised product; or as a combination of digital and physical formats. The format, contents, price, production time, delivery method and delivery cost are stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

5.2 The book is created from information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information, including name, date, time and place of birth where needed to create the product.

5.3 For a digital version, the client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the book solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.4 A physical version is made individually for the client. Where goods are made to the client’s personal specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may not apply where mandatory law so provides.

5.5 If a physical product is not personalised, a consumer client retains any statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the applicable period after receiving the goods.

5.6 Materials may not be copied, resold, published, provided to third parties or used commercially without the Provider’s written consent.

6. Retreats

6.1 The material terms of a retreat — dates, location, programme, price, included and excluded services, participant requirements and cancellation rules — are set out on the retreat page and in the booking confirmation.

6.2 The client bears the cost of documents, visas, insurance, travel and personal expenses unless expressly stated to be included.

6.3 Before the retreat starts, the client undertakes to inform the Provider about material health circumstances, allergies, dietary restrictions and other factors that may affect safe participation. This information does not replace medical advice.

6.4 The Provider may refuse or end the client’s participation in a retreat if the client’s behaviour creates a risk to the client, other participants or the team, or materially breaches retreat rules. Any refund will be assessed with regard to services actually provided and mandatory law.

6.5 If a retreat includes a combination of travel services, mandatory package-travel rules of the Provider’s country of establishment and/or the country where the retreat takes place may apply. In that case, the client will receive all required documents before payment, including information about the organiser, cancellation terms and insolvency protection.

7. Withdrawal cancellation and refunds

7.1 Where the client is a consumer, a distance contract generally carries a 14-day right to withdraw without giving a reason, except where mandatory law excludes that right.

7.2 For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, a consumer client loses the right of withdrawal only once supply has begun, provided that before supply begins the client separately and expressly requested that supply start within the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledged that they would lose the right of withdrawal. The Provider will include confirmation of that request and acknowledgement in the order-confirmation email.

7.3 For an individual consultation or mentoring that starts within the 14-day period, the client separately and expressly requests that the service start. The client acknowledges that, if they withdraw after the service has begun, they may have to pay a proportionate price for the part already supplied and that, once the service has been fully supplied, they may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. The Provider will include confirmation of the request and acknowledgement in the order-confirmation email.

7.4 Consultation cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in clause 4. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7.5 If the Provider is required to refund a payment, the refund will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of a valid withdrawal notice, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7.6 To exercise withdrawal, the client must email oh.advising@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal from contract” and state their name, email, order number, relevant product or service and a clear statement of withdrawal.

7.7 For a non-personalised physical product, a consumer client must send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal to the Provider’s address stated in these Terms. The client bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Liability

8.1 The Provider supplies services in good faith and with reasonable professional care.

8.2 The client remains responsible for decisions about their actions, relationships, health, career, finances and other life matters. The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the client based on a consultation or materials, except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, breach of consumer rights or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 Website materials, programmes, texts, methods, visual elements, recordings and results of individual work are protected by intellectual-property laws.

9.2 The client receives access for personal use only. Any use beyond the licence granted requires the Provider’s prior written consent.

10. Personal data

10.1 The Provider processes the client’s personal data to process orders, provide services, communicate, meet legal obligations and improve the Website, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

10.2 In current online services, the Provider does not request data about health, mental state, allergies or other special categories of personal data. If the client voluntarily supplies such information, the Provider will process it only to the extent necessary to respond and only where there is a lawful basis. For future retreats and in-person events, rules for processing such information and any separate consent will be set out in the documents for the relevant event.

10.3 The client has rights under applicable data-protection law, including the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Requests should be sent to oh.advising@gmail.com.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1 The parties will seek to resolve disagreements in good-faith discussions. Ordinary enquiries should be sent to oh.advising@gmail.com; the Provider will acknowledge them within 7 business days.

11.2 Consumer complaints concerning a defect in goods or services will be handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days from submission, unless the Provider and consumer client agree to a longer period in the individual case, or mandatory law provides otherwise for the relevant digital content or service.

11.3 The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, provided this does not deprive a consumer client of the protection afforded by mandatory rules of the country of their habitual residence.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer client’s right to bring a matter before a competent court or an alternative consumer-dispute-resolution body under applicable law.

11.5 The competent alternative consumer-dispute-resolution body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, website: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

12. Final provisions

12.1 The Provider may change these Terms for future orders. An order already paid for is governed by the version in force on the date it was placed, unless law requires otherwise.

12.2 Invalidity of an individual provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

12.3 These Terms are published in Czech, English and Russian. In the event of a difference between language versions, the Czech version prevails. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or interpretation in favour of the consumer where required by applicable law.
